Some of the terms used are common, the others can mean anything you want. Unless you were at the briefing, there's no point in speculating ;) Cool to see GAF in the ranges though!
Could be that they were trying out stuff that wasn't allowed to leave the US for testing? It's not that we don't have the option over here in Europe, but nothing really matches the Nevada ranges in terms of freedom regarding (EW) testing
