About 10 years ago when I was in the airlines, I met a USAF Major at NATCF (Nellis ATC Facility). He told me he was the USAF media PR guy and agreed to assist History Channel producers with an accurate and historical record of Area 51 as he could but would not assist on any speculation re alien or extraterrestrial craft, etc. The producers promised but when the piece was released several months later, it was chock full of zany nonsense, somewhat embarrassing USAF and the Major. The Major said "never again".
