They are going in and out of coverage. The track is in the Elgin and Caliente Bravo MOA. To display the MOA in ADSBExchange check "OpenAIP TMS" under "Worldwide" in the layer selector.

To identify the MOA or range the NTTR range chart is very helpful. You can find it online at the attached link.
