N992MA seems to be based at Moore County Airport (KSOP) in North Carolina.
Last month it made a trip to Hagerstown Regional Airport (KHGR), where the FBO is called "Rider Jet Center" heheh ;)

Customer "FalconAir" for N922MA. Falcon Air Service INC is based in ... Hagerstown, MD and owns a different B300: N350JW
That one unfortunately seems to be blocked for tracking, as I can't find any flight history for it; https://ladd.faa.gov/

Shady stuff, but looking at the patterns N992MA is flying it's used for ISR
