Call signs are not airframe specific. They are typically assigned either to specific pilots or on a mission-by-mission basis. An individual pilot might have an assigned call sign (such as RICK 21) and use it when flying a mission. Otherwise, a mission may be assigned a call sign using an approved word and a number pulled from an approved series (such as a two-ship sortie involving ARIEL 31 and ARIEL 32).

The Dark Knights pilots do have individual Knight numbers but I don't know if they use those as call signs or if they are similar to the Bandit numbers used by the Red Eagles, and by previous F-117A pilots. All Nighthawk pilots receive a three-digit Bandit number upon first solo, but it is never used as a call sign.
