Interesting. Looks like they took over the program from Google. Their press release introducing the system is dated only a week after Google announced that they scrapped the program. I have not picked up one of their balloons since late 2020. The Google balloons used the callsign "HBAL" and a three digit number on ADS-B.

One morning last year I heard them scrap a test in the TTR area because one of the Google Loons drifted clear across R-4807A at FL600.
