Yes, the Beech jets are now showing the Janet call sign on ADS-B. They have always used the Janet call in radio traffic but showed their registration as the call sign on ADS-B. Now they show as single digit Janet call, with the digit being the last digit of the registration. Except for N20RA, which is Janet 5.

This appears to be part of a change in procedures effective February 1 of this year. They also did away with the Groom "callsign of the month", both for VHF (Janets) and UHF (most mission aircraft).
