PS stands for PACER SPRITE, not "Project Site." PACER is an Air Force Materiel Command first word for logistics related programs.

The F-117A fleet was supported by nine logistics and field service depots under the name PACER SPRITE, and designated PS-11 through PS-99. The field service group was known as the Blue Streak Team.
