Thats really good advice Joerg. A co-worker of mine recently camped out at the Main Gate for a night. He camped about 1 mile back from the gate and got a visit from the Sheriffs as well. He is also a sheriff reserve officer so the two of them chatted for sometime. The whole time there was a security truck just up the road. I am sure they were wondering what was taking so long. But law enforcement are like us fire fighters, when we get together we will swap stories for hours. He did warn him to not interfere with the coming and goings of vehicles on the road and to not cross the boundary. He said after the sheriff left he never saw security again. He did mention that during the night the sky lit up for about 5 minutes. Kinda like they turned on the runway lights and then shut them off. I dont know if that is something common or not.
