So I know this is kind of off-topic, but I'm planning to make a trip to Star Wars canyon and Panamint Valley and was wondering, what are the best days to go to catch anything?

Also, I know it's probably unlikely but is it still possible to find an F-117 flying around there? I remember reading a story about someone seeing some, but I think it was from a long time ago. I don't know if they still fly around there just to keep them operational.
