The gas station in Rachel is open again! They sell regular gas, snacks and souvenirs. The price of gas is a bit higher than elsewhere, but still only about half of the $8.00 the Inn charged stranded motorists (without a license).

You can't miss the gas station at the first Rachel exit (coming from Vegas).
