A settlement was reached with the guy who stole my material. Upon advice from my attorney I cannot discuss details. But he will not be selling the books in question any more or use my material in the future. As for the recent harassment by a camera crew, I am in contact with the Sheriff's office and the DA's office. I am told the report is not yet ready but eventually I will get their identities. They refused to identify themselves and I doubt they are dumb enough to use the footage.
