Not unusual for an aircraft's capabilities and/or mission to be classified, but not the aircraft itself. Can be a lot to be gained hiding in plain sight in commercial or near commercial airframes many wouldn't give a second look. I was on an EIRT for one such aircraft, walked away shaking my head at all its capabilities.
