This is incorrect.

An RQ-170 with unique conformal panels of some kind has been spotted at Vandenberg several times.

Also the old SPF appears extremely active (based on Planet images of the parking lot) despite no official activity there. Security perimeters also appear to have been updated slightly, and provide substantial segregation from the rest of the base.

Vandenberg provides ready access to military ranges over the Pacific, away from prying eyes.

So there are multiple, well-sourced reasons to suspect that one or more classified airframes are associated with the base.
