Weird, I just asked an almost identical question in the comments section of the article posted on The War Zone before coming here. I guess we're on the same wave length today lol. In any case, that's my hunch as well, that the men and women who do the flying are at Beale, while the air frames physically fly from somewhere else. Until seeing Gabe's photos, I didn't realize what Beale had as far as hangers go. Having seen it now, I don't see where they could possibly hide them. I agree that Edwards makes the most sense as far as support and infrastructure go. - Max Power
