It is worthwhile to note that Air Force civil aircraft landing permit policy allows retirees to get a CALP for their personal aircraft valid at “any CONUS USAF location”. That being said, TNX is an official business only airfield, so unless the aircraft is based there you’d typically need a justifiable reason to use that field to receive a PPR.
