The ADS-B code 249249 translates to binary 0010 0100 1001 0010 0100 1001. Or 001 001 001 001 001 001 001 001. A sequence frequently selected for a random code. It is used by aircraft all over the world and the tracking web sites "connect" these flights by unrelated aircraft because they go by the Mode-S code. That also explains why the call sign changed several times.
