N9018V flew the same route last Monday. I found a company with that name on Amazon selling medical testing equipment that looks like it could be used for COVID tests. Their distributor claims to have government contracts. It is a bit of a reach, but they may be supplying COVID test kits to Edwards and TTR/Groom.
