My friend at foreflight was checking into it. Unfortunately I didn't hear anything by the end of day. With everyone working from home everything is slow.
In the meantime I downloaded the free version of Maptiler. It did not like the GeoTIF I made in arcmap so I tried some different options. I think I got it to work. So here's a link to a mbtile file I created. See if it works for you.
