What's odd about the business in Texas is not the lack of web presence...it's that there's just very little internet info of any kind about most of the LLCs and about the key people. Virtually all of the LLC registrations do not show a business classification, for example. Also, you can find some info about Clifford Zeifman, enough to deduce that he is wealthy, but you can't find much about what he does or how he made his money.

Regarding the Edwards AFB Aero Club, their website shows they have Cessna 172s and 182s, but no mention of a 150, so if they acquired this 150, that would be their first. It's certainly possible that someone else in California has acquired the aircraft and the registration change hasn't shown up yet, but you have to ask why someone in California would be acquiring a Cessna 150 from Texas since the planes are widely available and there would be 150s for sale a lot closer than Texas.

It's just a curious situation. At a minimum, it's provided quite a bit of welcome distraction during our covid19 crisis!
