There actually is a webpage for Most Valuable Publications (see link). On the "About" page, the address is shown as 5120 Highway 6. However, if you click on "Contact Us", you will see that the actual address for Most Valuable Publications is 41990 Cook Street, Building I Suite 802, Palm Desert, CA. 92211.

So what is the significance of the house-like structure on Highway 6?

If you google the phone number associated with the Palm Desert address, you will get legitimate-looking business references. Here's info from manta.com showing one employee and about $42,000 of annual revenue:

I don't know what to think at this point...the data points look odd, but there is nothing definitive.
