This may be a stretch, but I found a loose connection to Area 51.

Bechtel honored Greenberry Industrial as large business supplier of the year, in June of 2018.
Greenberry Industrial was acquired by North American Energy Sevices, in Feb. Of 2015.

North America Energy Sevices happens to own The Sandy Creek Energy Station, down the road from the 5120 Hwy 6 address.
