Nice detective work everyone, thanks for the posts. I hope we can dig up more info. The building looks like a warehouse to me. The parking lot is laid out for about 60 vehicles, and almost all spots are occupied. I can't find any suspicious info on N8077S. It is the only aircraft registered at that address. It is technically possible to spoof the Mode-S code and ident of an aircraft. But given the number of front companies without documented business activities at that address I think we are onto something here.
