Fake transponder perhaps? Or an awesomely nerdy AvGeek tourist flight...? On Friday it tracked from Edwards AFB to the Bakersfield area, before flying over NAS Lemoore, back to Edwards. Then today, it flew right to the border of 4808 (but never into the box, so not likely intercepted) and then skirted Creech AFB, over Desert Rock MOA, did what looks to be touch'n'gos at Calvada Meadows Airport in Pahrump, and out to Mojave Air and Space Port.
