One of the reasons I thought of water runoff is that both times this was observed was immediately following fairly heavy rain/snow. But I totally agree that it is odd the water runoff would only occur from these hangars.

In the recent photo the artifacts are somewhat irregular shapes and different sizes. Not what you would expect from a fleet of similar aircraft.

There is construction going on in that area. Whatever these artifacts are may be related to that.

Listening to the chatter from TTR and the surrounding ranges I hear nothing out of the ordinary. And I am certain the blackout procedures for satellite overflights are being observed for anything sensitive. At this point I call it inconclusive. Hopefully more information will materialize.
