Completely agreed. If the Air Force's official first flight date is late 2021 there is almost certainly at least one prototype already flying. It may be related to the B-21 like Have Blue to the F-117. A technology demonstrator, possibly smaller scale, not equipped with all the systems planned for the B-21, but it is flying right now. In fact I think our scanner recording last summer of "Romeo" was an early test flights of that prototype. See attached link.
