Honestly, I still think it is water on the ramp, coming from the hangar roofs. Rachel received 5-6" of snow the day before, and I assume Tonopah did as well. Just like the last time this phenomenon was observed. The snow is melting fast here in Rachel causing a lot of water runoff.

We don't get heavy precipitation here often. The last two times we did this effect occurred.
