That flight path allows them to utilize both electronic combat ranges in the 70's ranges, TECR and TPECR, and the Russian radar sites in Emigrant Valley and near the Rachel back gate. Unfortunately I am not in Rachel to monitor at the moment. Please post a link if the flight shows up again.
