I want to retract what I said. I had not looked at the past photos over the past two years. 6 months after a fire the vegetation would have been growing back. and the spot is the same over the two years google earth has. Now that I have looked at the past two years of photos, it has a chemical look to it. I would think that even after two years there would be some kind of regrowth of vegetation.
