Looking at the time stamp of your photo it was taken at 1:13pm. That would have been Janet 232 on its way to TTR. See attached link. At that time of day most Janets are at TTR and Groom waiting to bring home workers from the two sites. That is why there were no Janets at the Las Vegas terminal. Activity at Area 51 was mostly shut down during the holidays. There were a handful of flights, mostly to TTR. Right after New Years activity picked back up.
