If there's any DR readers in the area, the "package" will depart from Moonstone Park at the end of Marina Way. The Marina Way parking lot will be emptied of vehicles in preparation for the barge loading. The entire process will apparently take place over two days. It starts today at 17:00 PST, and goes until 17:00 on Sunday.
The transfer from the Northrop campus is about three miles through very densely populated Redondo Beach.
