Not sure I understand where you're going with it. If you mean "capture" people on the ground as part of the "security" function, I'm sure we would have heard stories of people being snatched by these helicopters. Unless you mean using the helo to spot people and then coordinate ground forces to intercept. I do recall the TV episode with Peter Merlin (can't remember who else was with him...sorry) where they attempted to bring TV equipment to Tikaboo peak, and a Pave Hawk gave them a couple of nice fly-bys...

But traditional SAR is a vital function to experimental flight testing, and a lot of other parts of military aviation.
