I have many contacts in the Burning Man community, and no, the creator of Burning Man passed away, so neither he, nor the organizers are interested in Rachel. They already have Regional events around the world. It's possible that the person who is trying to create future events in Rachel has been to the Burn, I don't know. I only talked to him for a minute, and it was about his car (the one with the big wheels).
