Ok, that makes perfect sense. The Caravan is operated by the military forces of a number of nations to/from which US SF might be expected to deploy, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, and I think the PI. It's a good bet they are also operated clandestinely by a few US OGAs.
