I am really not sure what the Inn is planning. Going by what I saw when I came to Rachel last night: not much. There is a flatbed trailer on a dusty lot that may be intended to be a makeshift stage. There are also about a dozen porta-potties sitting nearby. That is all the visible preparations as of right now. If and how the pre-paid money for camp sites etc. will be refunded, that is a question that the Inn would have to answer.
