The Inn has not put out ANY info to their plans. Look at their website for yourself. From what I can gather this is the basic map of Rachel. Not 100% accurate but will give you an idea none the less. Red is "Alien Stock." Blue are the "Good Guys" hoping for the welfare of Rachel.

I don't want to make a mountain out of a mole hill, but this can become a powder keg which we do not want. Rachel is special because it's small, off the grid and isolated. This event is 180 degrees for what it stands for. Shame on the profiteers!
