Power, active well, septic, fence & gate, Connex Container, etc. Here I am 10 years later and have half that! But I should have jumped on Bill's Powermatic wood lathe. Powermatic is the USA's gold standard. Better Euro models but we don't run the same current. Bill's family was just a tad out of my budget. Once again Hind Sight, it wasn't really that far out.
