Remember the good old days when the estimates were 5,000 to 30,000? Now we are up to 30,000 to 100,000! Wow! For those not familiar with the area: Rachel is on the far west side of Lincoln County, far away from the other towns. If this event would take place in Pioche, Caliente or Panaca it would have been shut down long ago. The commissioners clearly don't care about us here in Rachel. Have they been out here since this all started? Nope! They are criminally negligent in their decisions, putting our property and possibly our lives at risk. When this is all done there will be law suits.
