Interesting that you mention pararescue forces. I recently heard the Groom chopper (call sign "Freedom 31") doing some sort of drops in a range north of Groom, I believe in the Navy Range. This was on a frequency referred to as "2-19", talking to a controller that I hear as "Unclog".

The drops are usually in the morning. The chopper is handed off from UHF Groom Tower to Rainbow (Groom UHF departure north) and then to Unclog. Return after the drops in reverse order.
