Someone posted this link here in the forum a while back. You can navigate to Groom. As far as I know that is the most recent publicly available sat image of Groom. Unfortunately not very hi res. I don't see a date associated with the image, but looking at nearby Rachel I would estimate the image to be between 1 and 2 years old.
