Depending on the actual crowd, several measures are available to authorities to control access. My guess is most visitors would be there to watch. Although I might enjoy the spectacle of Black Hawks dropping tear gas, I think it best to stay clear and just watch the news. No doubt the instigators will receive visits and possibly face charges from law enforcement. Inciting riots, violence, or other criminal acts is still a crime. I do like the idea of a patriotic celebration.
