I'm suspecting an issue with the aircraft discovered after take-off. Flight plan was MCCRN5 LAS FIDOE JAYSN EXITT. I checked LiveATC and followed the flight from takeoff to being cleared back to the ramp. Times are in UTC. 18:08 Cleared for takeoff
18:10 Handed off to departure
18:11 Turn left to 280
18:11 Turn left to 270 expect to FIDOE
18:13 Cleared direct to FIDOE, handed off to Nellis (119.35)
18:20 Checks in with KLAS approach NW.
18:21 Approach asks in need any help, any emergency. 203 replies "no in-flight emergency as of yet."
18:22 Approach asks if they are able to make a straight in from there, or want a 20 mile southbound approach. 203 wants the latter.
18:30 Checks in with tower, tower says welcome back, 203 replies "well, thank you!"
18:36 Hand off to ground. Ground clears part way, and later to the ramp.
