Good question. Here is my two cents. Most of it educated speculation. Most Janets don't stay at Groom very long. They return to Vegas an hour or less after they land. In those cases I would expect the pilots to remain in the aircraft or at the Janet terminal. Some round trips have a longer layover. Unless the pilots have a need to do so I would doubt that they would leave the terminal area either. As for flight attendants, some employees at the base double as flight attendants on their commute. There has been some debate whether the Janet airline employs full time flight attendants.
