Does anyone know the backstory on the Rachel based online streaming scanner service that had the range frequencies scanning? I don't think the scanner was programmed for Area 51 but it had about 20 or so range frequencies and was based in Rachel. It was a subscription service and I know it was blamed for using up all the dial-up bandwidth in Rachel at the time. I think it may have operated for a year or so. I was a member and would listen to it but it wasn't very active. This would have posssibly been around 2004 or so or maybe even earlier than that. I don't think it had anything to do with Glenn Campbell's operation but maybe it did... I never knew.
