This is simply a basic profile of a Charles Knofczynski on LinkedIn. Yes, his career seems quite impressive, but I am doubtful if he had anything to do with Groom Lake. There could be many Dept. of the Air Force Detachment 3 doesn't mean too much unless it is specifically Air Force Test Center Detachment 3.
