According to the attached document from Nellis AFB the primary Tikaboo Peak access road will remain open. Instead more land will be withdrawn along US-93, and as expected the Alamo Road and Desert Lake area will be closed off as well. Figure 3 towards the end of the document shows the areas of planned land withdrawal.
