That 1600 feet doesn't seem to change as the drone flies around. Not sure what it means, since Tikaboo is 7900 ft. As long as he doesn't stray about 5 miles South of Tikaboo or about 12 miles West he is still in the Desert MOA and clear of the restricted airspace. It is asking for trouble though. And why would you take some twisted pleasure out of putting the base on alert?
That item may be the radar installation in the middle of Tikaboo Valley, although the footage looks a bit doctored.
