I forgot to include it in the above reply, but roughly every year the AF takes an operational missile from one of the 3 missile wings, replaces the warhead with a test package, and shoots it off from Vandenberg. (It is called a "glory trip" from the lucky crew that gets to turn the keys. Not to mention a trip to California in the middle of winter.) A transporter/erector is needed to take the missile from the airstrip and take it to one of the test launch silos. So there would definitely be a missile transported at Vandenberg roughly once a year in addition to the likely use of the equipment for the basic qualification courses.
