Flight testing

A few questions about groom.
-how often does flight testing go on there? Once a week? More or less?

-testing of secret aircraft takes place at night, does the worlds stay later or are there late shifts?

-are there any differences in the level of base security during testing days/nights? Do the cammos beef up patrols and such?

-are there anyone at the case on weekends?
