In the original 2011 accounts of the Op Neptune Spear raid that killed OBL, there was the claim that the SEAL that shot OBL called out on his radio "For God and Country! Geronimo! Geronimo! Geronimo!", with "Geronimo" being the codeword for "OBL is secure". This "For God and Country" call does not appear anywhere in the more recent, better researched accounts like Bergen's "Manhunt" book etc. They don't describe the SEALs making any call except "Geronimo" and later "Confirmed. Geronimo EKIA".

Was this "For God and Country" call made or is the report specious?
